let us help you start the next chapter of your life through one-on-one personal training.

  • A Fresh Start: Cancer comes with baggage, but Survivor Fitness is here to help you get rid of it. We’ll help you restart your life after cancer so you can live it to the fullest.

  • Personalized Support: Survivor Fitness is for every cancer survivor post-treatment, whether you’re comfortable working out or if you’ve never entered a gym. Your personal trainer will create custom workouts, help you reach your physical goals and walk side-by-side with you through the process.

  • Commitment: In order to receive the full benefits of our program, you will need to work out on a consistent basis. Depending on your facility, the program will last between 10 and 12 weeks, with a commitment of meeting your trainer twice a week.

  • Passion: Survivor Fitness trainers have been thoroughly vetted and understand the treatments survivors have undergone and the limitations they face. They have a passion for helping survivors truly overcome cancer and empowering them with the tools to create and sustain a healthy lifestyle.
