What to Expect

Designed by Survivor Fitness, 101 Days Back to Life is a unique physical health program for survivors to make them stronger and healthier.  Over the course of 14 weeks, participants will complete 28 personal training sessions and establish a better nutrition routine with the guidance of a licensed nutritionist.  Each program is customizable to meet the individual’s fitness level. surevivor2

  • Weeks 1-4: The participant will have an initial consultation and will begin working out with their personal trainer three times a week.
  • Weeks 5-10: This begins the teaching phase of the program. The participant works out with their trainer twice a week and completes the third workout independently.
  • Weeks 11-14: The participant works out with their trainer once a week and completes the other two workouts independently.
