David Gibson:  David is a lifelong resident of Tennessee and a 2005 graduate of The University of Tennessee at Knoxville. David has a deep passion for helping individuals with their physical health and wellness. He has a particular interest in helping cancer survivors after losing his brother, who was 33, to cancer in 2012.  David is an avid runner, having completed 2 marathons and 9 half marathons. His personal best was in 2013 when he completed the Chicago Half Marathon in his brother’s memory in 3 hours and 26 minutes.  Survivor Fitness allows David to use his professional background in Supply Chain and Project Management to give back to those that have fought the battle with cancer and help them with their overall physical health. David and his wife, Heather, live in Franklin, TN.

Aaron Grunke: Aaron is the founder of Survivor Fitness Foundation. As a cancer survivor himself, Aaron knows firsthand the impact physical health and wellness can have on a survivor’s recovery. Helping cancer survivors isn’t his only passion. Aaron works full-time as a financial advisor for Adams Investment Strategies where he helps families and individuals design and implement Financial Plans to address Accumulation, Retirement, College, and Insurance needs.  Aaron graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Business Administration and from Lipscomb University with a Master’s in Business Administration.  Aaron also serves on the board for Project Return and is a graduate of the Young Leaders Council Class 60. 

Meg Grunke: After graduating from The University of Tennessee in 2006, Meg moved to Nashville to begin her career in public relations. Meg currently works as a Publicist for the Dave Ramsey Organization. She works with various types of media across the country including national and local broadcast, print, and online outlets. As the wife of Aaron Grunke, Survivor Fitness Founder, Meg knows the challenges her husband has faced throughout the years to overcome cancer and has seen firsthand the positive effects of health and wellness in a cancer survivor.­ She is passionate about serving her community and spreading the hope and empowerment that is found in physical health. Meg is also actively involved in the Junior League of Nashville and other community organizations throughout the area.

Scott McIntosh:  Scott has more than 12 years of success in progressive leadership roles, entrepreneurial technology ventures, and award-winning creative marketing and online campaigns. Scott’s background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Scott spent eight years as a Naval Officer followed by four years of public relations and SEO marketing for new media companies. Scott also holds a Masters in Business Administration with a Sustainability Concentration from Lipscomb University. Scott currently resides in East Nashville with his wife, Mandy.

Bart Pickett: Originally from Huntingdon, Tennessee, Bart has been in Nashville since 2007.  He graduated from the University of the South before attending The University of Tennessee College of Law.  Bart lives in Sylvan Park where he serves as the secretary of the Sylvan Park Neighborhood Association.  He is actively involved in several community organizations including the Nashville Bar Association and the Middle Tennessee Boxer Rescue.  In 2013, Mayor Dean appointed Bart to serve on the Metropolitan Sexually Oriented Businesses Licensing Board.  Bart currently works as an attorney for Liberty Mutual Insurance Corp. where he defends individuals and businesses in personal injury actions.

Jeff Stoneking: Jeff is a senior eDiscovery Consultant & Partner with DSi, a full service litigation support firm providing comprehensive services. In addition, Jeff is a co-founder and partner of DSi Knoxville and oversaw the opening of that office. Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, Jeff graduated from The University of Tennessee with a degree in Business Administration. Since moving to Nashville in 2006, Jeff has been actively involved in the community. Because of his passion for helping others overcome trying situations, Jeff joined Survivor Fitness Foundation. Jeff currently resides in Brentwood with his wife Natasha and their daughters, Caroline and Carson.
